CONTACT

Get in touch.

A short conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Use the option below that fits what you're looking for.

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

Three ways to start.

  • 01

I'm looking for counselling for myself

Book a free 20-minute introductory call. We'll talk briefly about what's brought you here, how I work, and whether it feels like a good fit. No commitment.

  • 02

    I'm looking for clinical supervision

Book a free 30-minute supervision enquiry call. We'll talk about your practice, what you're looking for in supervision, and whether we'd work well together.

  • 03

I'm enquiring about training for my team or organisation

Send a short brief about your service, your team and what you're hoping to achieve. I'll come back to you within three working days with next steps.

OTHER ENQUIRIES

Send a message.

If your enquiry doesn't fit any of the above, please send a message via the form and I'll come back to you within three working days.

You don't need to explain your whole situation. A sentence or two about what you're looking for is plenty.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Good to know.

  • Response times

I check messages weekday mornings. Please allow up to three working days for a reply. If you haven't heard back in that window, please do follow up — occasionally emails get caught in filters.

  • Hours

Counselling and supervision sessions run Monday to Thursday during working hours. Training is delivered Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability for bespoke work.

  • Location

Online sessions across the UK. In-person sessions and training in Norwich and across the UK by arrangement.

  • Crisis support

I am not a crisis service. If you are in immediate distress or at risk, please contact your GP, call 111, or call Samaritans on 116 123. For urgent perinatal mental health support, the Maternal Mental Health Alliance maintains a list of crisis lines and support services.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you get in touch.

A few of the things people most often ask about contacting me.

  • Just enough that I can respond usefully. A sentence or two about what you're looking for is plenty. You don't need to explain your whole situation in a first message, and many people prefer not to.

  • Yes. Your message is sent to me directly. The website does not store enquiry messages, and I treat all enquiries as confidential from the moment they arrive.

  • I'll come back to you, usually within three working days, with either a direct response, a suggested time for a call, or any follow-up questions.
